I am a clinical psychologist passionate about the prevention and treatment of eating disorders and have a wide range of experiences that allow me to provide expert care within that field. I offer individual and group therapy for people ages 15 and older who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, emotional overeating, and other concerns related to food and eating.  Clients working with me can expect to address their eating disordered behaviors as well as the concerns underlying the eating disorder.

My approach to treatment is collaborative, supportive, and active.  I strive to provide care that is individualized to meet my clients’ unique goals and needs.  I take a holistic approach because I understand that eating disorders are about more than food. Together, my clients and I create a treatment team to manage the medical and nutritional needs which often accompany eating disorders. I also collaborate with my clients to identify and address the underlying concerns of the eating disorder in order to prevent relapse and achieve lasting recovery.
